We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to all users of ReadMyContractNow.com and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Service").
Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Email Address
We collect your email address when you upload a contract as a free tier user (for delivery of results), when you create an account, or when you contact us. We use your email to send you analysis results, account communications, and transactional notifications.
Account Information
If you create an account, we collect your email address, your chosen subscription tier, and your account preferences. We do not collect your name unless you voluntarily provide it.
Contract Documents
When you upload a PDF for analysis, we temporarily store that file to perform the analysis and return results to you. All uploaded contract PDFs are permanently and automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours of upload, without exception. We never read your contracts for any purpose other than performing the analysis you requested. We never use your contract documents to train AI models.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see, collect, or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials. Stripe may collect and store payment information subject to their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
